It's a poignant exploration of a man grappling with the aftermath of a devastating tragedy and the difficult choices he made in his life.
**Here's a more detailed description:**
* **Plot Summary:** The story centers around Billy Conolly, a man living in a small, rural town in Ireland. He's haunted by the death of his wife, Mary, and the subsequent loss of their son, Liam. He's struggling with a profound sense of guilt and a desperate desire to understand what happened to him and his family. He finds himself drawn to two distinct paths - one leading him to a quiet, isolated life, and the other to a more active, albeit uncertain, existence. He encounters a man named John, a traveling musician, who offers him a chance to reconnect with the past and perhaps find some solace.
